Results
Good growth


Add components to ddH2O and bring volume to 1Liter. Mix thoroughly. Gently heat and bring to boiling. Distribute into tubes or flasks. For bottom layers, distribute into tubes in 15ml volumes. For top layers distribute into tubes in 17ml volumes. Autoclave for 15min at 15psi (121°C). Pour into sterile petri dishes or leave in tubes.
