Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, and Conjugation. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:10,000 to 1:50,000 Use 1ug of S8060-11 in a standard sandwich ELISA using I1904-46Q and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer..

Recognizes bovine Superoxide Dismutase. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti rabbit serum as well as purified and partially purified superoxide dismutase (bovine erythrocytes).
