Materials Needed But Not Supplied:
Used for the cultivation and maintenance of a variety of heterotrophic marine bacterial species.

Directions per Liter: Dissolve 5.6 grams of Part A in 800-900ml of seawater stirring gently with heating until completely solubilized. Dissolve 7.9 grams of Part B in 800-900ml of ddH2O stirring gently with heating until completely solubilized. Add additional water to bring Part B to 1L. Take 1ml of Part B Solution and add to Part A Solution. Add additional water to Part A Solution to bring to 1L. Adjust to a final pH of 7.0. Dispense into appropriate containers, loosen caps and autoclave for 15 minutes at 121║C (15psi).

Storage and Stability: Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept refrigerated and used within a short period of time.
