Gamma- Synuclein
Description:
Human Gamma-Synuclein (breast cancer-specific gene 1) is a soluble protein belonging to the synuclein family. This protein is expressed in the peripheral nervous system and it is overexpressed in advanced infiltrating breast cancer and other different cancers. Gamma-Synuclein is also associated with axonal pathology in Parkinson's desease and others neurodegenerative disorders.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
