Human TACI (Transmembrane activator and CAML interactor) is a newly discovered member of the TNF receptor superfamily. TACI is a receptor for BAFF (BlyS) and APRIL. Recombinant human TACI is a soluble 17.0kD protein containing 153 amino acid residues. Biological Activity: Determined by its’ ability to block human BAFF induced T2B cell survival using a concentration range of 1-3ug/ml.
