Sterility testing medium to detect gram negative organisms from cosmetics, salves and ointments.

Storage and Stability:
Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept at 4°C and used within a short period of time.

Add Casein and Lecithin to ddH2O, bring volume to 960ml then add Tween 20. Mix. Gently heat to 48-50°C for 30min. Distribute into tubes or flasks. Autoclave for 15min. at 15psi (121°C).
