TTC35 (EMC2, KIAA0103, TTC35, ER Membrane Protein Complex subunit 2, Tetratricopeptide Repeat Domain 35)
TTC35 is also known as TPR repeat protein 35. TPR domains consist of a variable number of degenerate tandem 34 amino acid repeats. TPR domains have been suggested to have a variety of functions in proteins in various subcellular compartments and appear to function as targeting domains, mediating specific protein-protein interactions.

Suitable for use in Western Blotting. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blotting: 1:1000-1:2000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
