TMX1, CT (Thioredoxin-related Transmembrane Protein 1, Thioredoxin Domain-containing Protein 1, Transmembrane Trx-related Protein, TMX, TXNDC, TXNDC1, PSEC0085, UNQ235/PRO268)
Description:
May participate in various redox reactions through the reversible oxidation of its active center dithiol to a disulfide and catalyze dithiol-disulfide exchange reactions.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:64,000
Western Blot: 1:64,000, 0.01-0.03ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3.75ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
