Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:32,000
Western Blot: 0.2-0.6ug/ml. Detects a band at ~47kD in lysates of the K562 cell line. An additional band of ~22kD can be blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Positive Control:
K562 cell lysates

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
