Timeless (TIMELESS, TIM, hTIM, Timeless 1, Timeless1, TIM1)
Description:
Timeless is required for normal progression of S-phase, and is involved in the circadian rhythm autoregulatory loop. It natively regulates CLOCK-NPAS2/BMAL1-induced transactivation of PER1 possibly via translocation of PER1 into the nucleus. Timeless is also involved in cell survival after DNA damage or replication stress. It is specifically required for the ATR-CHK1 pathway in the replication checkpoint induced by hydroxyurea or ultraviolet light. Timeless plays an important role in epithelial cell morphogenesis and formation of branching tubules (1).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Flow cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000
Flow cytometry: 1:10-1:100
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Manufactured incorporating RabMAb® technology under Epitomics US patents, No 5,675,063 and 7,429,487, owned by Abcam.
