T3 reduces circulating cholesterol levels in hypercholesterolaemia, but has adverse cardiac effects1. 3,3’,5-Triiodo-L-thyronine is also a potent, noncompetative inhibitor of GABAA receptor function2.

May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
