USP soybean-casein digest broth for sterility testing and general purpose use. Supports growth of fastidious and non-fastidious microorganisms such as Clostridia and non-sporulating anaerobes.

Directions per Liter:
Dissolve 30 grams per liter of ddH2O. Heat with stirring until dissolved. Dispense into appropriate containers, loosen caps and autoclave (15psi) for 15 minutes at 121ºC.

Storage and Stability:
Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept refrigerated and used within a short period of time.
