Tubulin (TUBB, TUBB1, TUBB2, Tubulin beta 2, Tubulin beta 2A, Tubulin beta, Alpha Tubulin)
Description:
Microtubules are one type of cytoskeleton. Globular tubulin subunits are the building blocks of a microtubule and the a and b-tubulin heterodimer forms the tubulin subunits, which is present in all eukaryotic cells. Microtubules mediate many cell movements.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
