Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Associated Factor 6BP (TRAF6-BP)

A TRAF-interacting protein that specifically associates with TRAF6, T6BP shares an overall 50% identity and 59% similarity to a recently identified chicken protein MDP62, which has been implicated in promoting neurite outgrowth. T6BP-TRAF6 complex formation is dependent on the presence of the IL-1 receptor-associated kinase (IRAK).

This polyclonal antibody recognizes human T6BP at a 1:100-1:1000 dilution. Human STAT6 is a 747 amino acid protein.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
