WC1 (Antigen WC1.1, CD163L1, CD163 Molecule-like 1)
Description:
WC1 expression appears to be heterogeneous and antibodies of this cluster show differing reaction patterns. CC101 immunoprecipitates a 215kD molecule from bovine cells, and also recognizes the swine homologue of WC1, which is a 180kD molecule. In pigs the 180kD molecule is expressed by a gamma/delta TCR positive T-cell population that is also CD2-, CD4-, CD8-.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10; 5ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Immunohistochemistry (frozen): Neat-1:5
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
