Description:
WC15 is principally expressed by bovine erythrocytes.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Neat, 1:50. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cell line

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE!
Reconstitute with streile buffer. Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. Protect from light.
