Wnt1 (Wingless-type MMTV (Mouse Mammary Tumor Virus) Integration Site Family Member)
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: To detect hWnt-1 by direct ELISA (using 100l/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5g/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hWnt-1.
Western Blot: To detect hWnt-1 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hWnt-1 is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Reconstitute to 0.2mg/ml with sterile dH2O or sterile 40-50% glycerol for long term storage.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
