WNT2 (Protein Wnt-2, Int-1-like Protein 1, Int-1-related Protein, IRP, INT1L1, IRP) |
|
|
Description: Wnt gene family members, including Wnt-1 through Wnt-10, play a key role in regulating cellular growth and differentiation. Wnt-1 functions as a key regulator of cellular adhesion. Wnt-3 is also involved in tumorigenesis and Wnt-2 and Wnt-4 may be associated with abnormal proliferation in human breast tissue. Wnt-1, Wnt-3 and Wnt-10b have been implicated along with FGF-3 in the development of mouse mammary tumor virus induced mouse mammary carcinomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
