Mouse Anti-NUAK2 (NUAK2, OMPHK2, SNARK, NUAK family SNF1-like kinase 2, Omphalocele kinase 2, SNF1/AMP kinase-related kinase)
NUAK2, OMPHK2, SNARK, NUAK family SNF1-like kinase 2, Omphalocele kinase 2, SNF1/AMP kinase-related kinase

Stress-activated kinase involved in tolerance to glucose starvation. Induces cell-cell detachment by increasing F-actin conversion to G-actin. Expression is induced by CD95 or TNF-alpha, via NF-kappa-B. Protects cells from CD95-mediated apoptosis and is required for the increased motility and invasiveness of CD95-activated tumor cells.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100~500
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Immunogen
Purified His-tagged NUAK2 protein (fragment).
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation.
Specificity
Human

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
