Mouse Anti-TLE1, ID (TLE1, Transducin-like enhancer protein 1, E(Sp1) homolog, Enhancer of split groucho-like protein 1)
TLE1, Transducin-like enhancer protein 1, E(Sp1) homolog, Enhancer of split groucho-like protein 1

Transcriptional corepressor that binds to a number of transcription factors. Inhibits NF-kappa-B-regulated gene expression. Inhibits the transcriptional activation mediated by FOXA2, and by CTNNB1 and TCF family members in Wnt signaling. The effects of full-length TLE family members may be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES. Unusual function as coactivator for ESRRG.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100~250
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Immunogen
TLE1 Mab is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide selected from the Central region of human TLE1.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Human

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
