Rabbit Anti-ACAP1, NT (ACAP1, CENTB1, KIAA0050, Arf-GAP with coiled-coil, ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 1, Centaurin-beta-1)
ACAP1, CENTB1, KIAA0050, Arf-GAP with coiled-coil, ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 1, Centaurin-beta-1

Catalyzes the transfer of Gal to GlcNAc-based acceptors with a preference for the core3 O-linked glycan GlcNAc(beta1,3)GalNAc structure. Can use glycolipid LC3Cer as an efficient acceptor.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
ACAP1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 103-132 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ACAP1.
