DNA-binding transcriptional repressor. AEBP2 may interact with and stimulate the activity of the PRC2 complex, which methylates 'Lys-9' and 'Lys-27' residues of histone H3.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

AEBP2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 481-508 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human AEBP2.
