Rabbit Anti-ARHGAP24, CT (ARHGAP24, FILGAP, Rho GTPase-activating protein 24, Filamin-A-associated RhoGAP, RAC1- and CDC42-specific GTPase-activating protein of 72kD, Rho-type GTPase-activating protein 24, RhoGAP of 73kD, Sarcoma antigen NY-SAR-88, p73RhoGAP)
ARHGAP24, FILGAP, Rho GTPase-activating protein 24, Filamin-A-associated RhoGAP, RAC1- and CDC42-specific GTPase-activating protein of 72kD, Rho-type GTPase-activating protein 24, RhoGAP of 73kD, Sarcoma antigen NY-SAR-88, p73RhoGAP

ARHGAPs, such as ARHGAP24, encode negative regulators of Rho GTPases (see ARHA; MIM 165390), which are implicated in actin remodeling, cell polarity, and cell migration (Katoh and Katoh, 2004 [PubMed 15254788]).

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 587-616 in the C-terminal region of human ARHGAP24, Swiss/UniProt Accession: Q8N264
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human ARHGAP24.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
