ARHGAP30 is GTPase activator for the Rho-type GTPases by converting them to an inactive GDP-bound state.

ARHGAP30 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 790-820 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ARHGAP30.
