ATOH7, ATH5, BHLHA13, Protein atonal homolog 7, Class A basic helix-loop-helix protein 13, Helix-loop-helix protein hATH-5

ATOH7 is a member of the family of basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) proteins with similarity to Drosophila 'atonal,' a proneural bHLH gene that controls photoreceptor development (Brown et al., 2002 [PubMed 11889557]).

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
ATOH7 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 85-112 amino acids from the Central region of human ATOH7.
