Rabbit Anti-CREM, CT (CREM, cAMP-responsive element modulator, Inducible cAMP early repressor)
CREM, cAMP-responsive element modulator, Inducible cAMP early repressor

CREM is a bZIP transcription factor that binds to the cAMP responsive element found in many viral and cellular promoters. It is an important component of cAMP-mediated signal transduction during the spermatogenetic cycle, as well as other complex processes.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Indirect Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1:1000 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 287-314 in the C-terminal region of human CREM. Species sequence homology: bovine, mouse, rat
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation.
Specificity
Recognizes human CREM.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
