CTAG1A is an identical copy of the CTAG1B gene (MIM 300156) (Aradhya et al., 2001 [PubMed 11709543]).[supplied by OMIM].
Applications
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:25-1:250 Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 prior to staining. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 1-30 in the N-terminal region of human CTAG1A.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human CTAG1A.
