ERAL1, HERA, GTPase Era, mitochondrial, Conserved ERA-like GTPase, ERA-W, ERA-like protein 1

Era is an essential GTPase that is required for proper cell cycle progression and cell division in E. coli. Human homologues have been isolated which have been designated ERAL1A and ERAL1B.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 152-180 in the central region of human ERAL1.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human ERAL1.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
