Rabbit Anti-FCGR1B, CT (FCGR1B, IGFRB, High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor IB, Fc-gamma RIB) (APC)
FCGR1B, IGFRB, High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor IB, Fc-gamma RIB

FCGR1B may bind to the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma with a low affinity compared to FCGR1A. This protein may function in the humoral immune response.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and FLISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues. Heat induced antigen retrieval with EDTA Buffer, pH 9.0 is recommended. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 248-276 in the C-terminal region of human FCGR1B.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. Labeled with Allophycocyanin (APC).
Purity
Purified by Protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human FCGR1B.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
