This gene belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which is characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. The specific function of this gene has not yet been determined; however, it may play a role in the development of the brain and telencephalon.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1:1000 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
