FOXJ2 is a transcriptional activator. Able to bind to two different type of DNA binding sites. Isoform FOXJ2.L behaves as a more potent transactivator than FOXJ2.S.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

FOXJ2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 130-158 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human FOXJ2.
