Rabbit Anti-FYTD1, NT (FYTTD1, UIF, UAP56-interacting factor, Forty-two-three domain-containing protein 1)
FYTTD1, UIF, UAP56-interacting factor, Forty-two-three domain-containing protein 1

FYTD1 required for mRNA export from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This protein acts as an adapter that uses the BAT1/UAP56-NFX1 pathway to ensure efficient mRNA export and delivering to the nuclear pore. FYTD1 associates with spliced and unspliced mRNAs simultaneously with THOC4.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
FYTD1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 34-74 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human FYTD1.
