HEY2, BHLHB32, CHF1, GRL, HERP, HERP1, HRT2, Hairy/enhancer-of-split related with YRPW motif protein 2, Cardiovascular helix-loop-helix factor 1, Class B basic helix-loop-helix protein 32, HES-related repressor protein 2, Hairy and enhancer of split-related protein 2, Hairy-related transcription factor 2, Protein gridlock homolog
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to a portion within aa65-91 from the N-terminal region of human HEY2 (NP_036391), conjugated to KLH. |Species sequence homology: zebrafish, bovine, Drosophilia, xenopus
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. No preservative added. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human HEY2. Species Crossreactivity: mouse
