Rabbit Anti-IER3, NT (IER3, DIF2, IEX1, PRG1, Radiation-inducible immediate-early gene IEX-1, Differentiation-dependent gene 2 protein, Immediate early protein GLY96, Immediate early response 3 protein, PACAP-responsive gene 1 protein)
IER3, DIF2, IEX1, PRG1, Radiation-inducible immediate-early gene IEX-1, Differentiation-dependent gene 2 protein, Immediate early protein GLY96, Immediate early response 3 protein, PACAP-responsive gene 1 protein

This gene functions in the protection of cells from Fas- or tumor necrosis factor type alpha-induced apoptosis. Partially degraded and unspliced transcripts are found after virus infection in vitro, but these transcripts are not found in vivo and do not generate a valid protein.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 38-65 in the N-terminal region of human IER3.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human IER3. Species Crossreactivity: mouse.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
