NAP1L1, NRP, Nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 1, NAP-1-related protein

NAP1L1 is a member of the nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) family. This protein participates in DNA replication and may play a role in modulating chromatin formation and contribute to the regulation of cell proliferation.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
NAP1L1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 359~389 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human NAP1L1.

Purified by saturated ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
