NXN functions as a redox-dependent negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway. May function as a transcriptional regulator. May regulate phosphatase 2A (By similarity).

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

NXN antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 220-249 amino acids from the Central region of human NXN.
