ONECUT1 is a transcriptional activator. It binds the consensus sequence 5'-DHWATTGAYTWWD-3' on a variety of gene promoters such as those of HNF3B and TTR. It is important for liver genes transcription.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

ONECUT1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 363-393 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ONECUT1.
