PDIR (Protein disulfide isomerase related)are endoplasmic reticulum (ER) resident proteins that catalyzse formation, reduction, and isomerization of disulfide bonds in proteins and are thought to play a role in folding of disulfide-bonded proteins.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

PDIA5 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 487-517 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human PDIA5.
