Rabbit Anti-PPP6C, CT (PPP6C, PPP6, Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 6 catalytic subunit)
PPP6C, PPP6, Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 6 catalytic subunit

This gene encodes the catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase, a component of a signaling pathway regulating cell cycle progression. Splice variants encoding different protein isoforms exist. The pseudogene of this gene is located on chromosome X.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
PPP6C antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 263-293 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human PPP6C.
