RAP1B, Ras-related protein Rap-1b, GTP-binding protein smg p21B
RAP1B and RAP1A (MIM 179520) belong to a superfamily of RAS (see MIM 190020)-like small GTP-binding proteins involved in cell signaling.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 150-178 in the C-terminal region of human RAP1B. Species Sequence Homology: bovine, chicken, monkey, mouse, rat and Xenopus
