Rabbit Anti-RRAGD, ID (RRAGD, Ras-related GTP-binding protein D)
RRAGD, Ras-related GTP-binding protein D

RRAGD is a monomeric guanine nucleotide-binding protein, or G protein. By binding GTP or GDP, small G proteins act as molecular switches in numerous cell processes and signaling pathways.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
RRAGD antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between amino acid 180-210 from the Central region of human RRAGD.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
