Rabbit Anti-TH1L, CT (TH1L, NELFD, TH1, Negative elongation factor C/D, TH1-like protein)
TH1L, NELFD, TH1, Negative elongation factor C/D, TH1-like protein

The NELF complex of proteins interacts with the DSIF protein complex to repress transcriptional elongation by RNA polymerase II. The protein encoded by this gene is an essential part of the NELF complex. Alternative translation initiation site usage results in the formation of two isoforms with different N-termini.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
TH1L antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 547-576 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TH1L.
