TRIM42 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains; a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

TRIM42 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 440-470 amino acids from the Central region of human TRIM42.
