TRIM50 belongs to the TRIM/RBCC family. It contains 1 B box-type zinc finger, 1 B30.2/SPRY domain and 1 RING-type zinc finger. TRIM50 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

TRIM50 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 361-391 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TRIM50.
