Rabbit Anti-TUBB8, NT (TUBB8, Tubulin beta-8 chain)
TUBB8, Tubulin beta-8 chain

Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. It binds two moles of GTP, one at an exchangeable site on the beta chain and one at a non-exchangeable site on the alpha-chain (By similarity).

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 34-62 in the N-terminal region of human TUBB8.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human TUBB8.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
