Rabbit Anti-USP39, ID (USP39, U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP-associated protein 2, Inactive ubiquitin-specific peptidase 39, SAD1 homolog, U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP-associated 65kD protein)
USP39, U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP-associated protein 2, Inactive ubiquitin-specific peptidase 39, SAD1 homolog, U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP-associated 65kD protein

USP39 may play a role in mRNA splicing. It is unsure if the protein really exhibits hydrolase activity. Could be a competitor of ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolases (UCHs).

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
USP39 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 236-265 amino acids from the Central region of human USP39.
