Rabbit Anti-XPNPEP3, CT (XPNPEP3, Probable Xaa-Pro aminopeptidase 3, Aminopeptidase P3)
XPNPEP3, Probable Xaa-Pro aminopeptidase 3, Aminopeptidase P3

XPNPEP3 belongs to a family of X-pro-aminopeptidases (EC 3.4.11.9) that utilize a metal cofactor and remove the N-terminal amino acid from peptides with a proline residue in the penultimate position (summary by Ersahin et al., 2005 [PubMed 15708373]).

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 440-469 in the C-terminal region of human XPNPEP3.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human XPNPEP3.

Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
