TRAIL Receptor 4, TRUNDD, DcR2, TNFRSF10D, CD264

TRAIL-R4 is a receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TRAIL. Contains a truncated death domain and hence is not capable of inducing apoptosis. Protects cells against TRAIL mediated apoptosis by competing with TRAIL-R1 and R2 for binding to the ligand.

Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
