Mouse Anti-CCNDBP1 (Cyclin-D1-binding Protein 1, Grap2 and Cyclin-D-interacting Protein, Human Homolog of Maid, DIP1, GCIP, HHM) (APC)
May negatively regulate cell cycle progression. May act at least in part via inhibition of the cyclin-D1/CDK4 complex, thereby preventing phosphorylation of RB1 and blocking E2F-dependent transcription.
Applications
Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Partial recombinant corresponding to aa261-361 from CCNDBP1 (NP_036274) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
