Mouse Anti-CDC5L (Cell Division Cycle 5-like Protein, Cdc5-like Protein, Pombe Cdc5-related Protein, KIAA0432, PCDC5RP) (Biotin)
DNA-binding protein involved in cell cycle control. May act as a transcription activator. Component of the PRP19-CDC5L complex that forms an integral part of the spliceosome and is required for activating pre-mRNA splicing.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Partial recombinant corresponding to aa719-802 from human CDC5L (NP_001244) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
